Welcome to my belly dance blog. I'm Suzy Evans, the founder of The International Academy of Middle Eastern Dance AKA IAMED.
I am proud to say that my website is BellyDance.org is one of the most visited websites on belly dance. I founded IAMED in 1996 and started producing belly dance videos in 1997. To date we have 54 DVD titles, both performance and instructional. We strive to provide the bellydance community with best dancers and teachers in our art form. And for even more fun, we also produce shows in state of the art theaters in Los Angeles.
I have been involved in the art of belly dance for more than 30 years. I was a professional dancer, teacher and now a producer.
